Holiday company, Hayes and Jarvis, have stated that tourists visiting the US are currently getting 24 per cent more for their money compared to March of this year thanks to the relative strength of the pound against the dollar.
They go on to say that Hong Kong and Dubai as well as holiday destinations which use the Caribbean dollar, such as Antigua, are also favourable for tourists at present. Holidays may still seem expensive to British people, but if they do go away, the good news is that their money will go much further.
