British Airways has announced a new direct flight service from London Heathrow to Las Vegas.
The service is being offered on Boeing 777s and is partly geared towards luxury holidaymakers, with Club World class being offered, a BA offering that features completely flat beds, which allow tourists to arrive refreshed and raring to go.
The flights will run daily and are a sign that BA is attempting to compete with Virgin Atlantic Airways, which has been offering direct flights from London to Las Vegas since 2000. However, Virgin’s flights depart from Gatwick Airport, not Heathrow.
